Positivity! What do you do everyday to help you stay positive no matter when adversity strikes? It’s normal to feel the feelings of sadness, anger, frustration, anxiety but what do you do to not get trapped in those emotions and stay north of neutral?

If everyone threw their problem on the table, what are the chances you would take yours back? Does this concept get you to think that there is always someone who has it worse off than you? Will thinking this help you realize that you have a lot of things to be grateful for in your life at this moment and whatever you’re going through is only temporary?

As a result, will it transform you from a fixed poor me mindset to a let’s take action growth mindset to resolve your issue? There is only one path in life and that is forward! It’s up to us to make the decision/choice to forge ahead.
