We all have placed our “attention” on something we want and then set the “intention” to get it. What happens next, is truly the hard part! Can you “Practice The Pause” and “Detach” from the outcome or are you trying to control things that are out of your control?

What tools can you employ to help you not project into the future? How can you use self talk to help you not be fearful about losing what you have or not getting what you want? What can you do to stay present in this moment knowing you did the footwork and now it’s time to let go of the outcome? How do you practice intention & detachment?

The Universe is very funny. Sometimes it says yes, no or not yet! The important thing is you were courageous enough to do the footwork. The outcome may have not been what you wanted but you have evolved to a point in your life where you accept what is.

Why is that? It’s because you learned to be “Patient” with others, the Universe and most importantly “Yourself”!
